Common questions
How fast will I get my photos?
Starter and Essentials photos are delivered within 6 to 24 hours. On every package, photos are sent over in a timely manner so you can get the listing live. Video on the Campaign package takes 2 to 4 business days, and the film and agent video on Signature takes 2 to 5 business days.
Which package should I book?
Most agents book Campaign. It covers photos, a floor plan, drone and a 30 to 60 second cinematic video, which is everything a strong listing needs for portals and socials. Starter is photos only, for rentals and quick-turn listings. Essentials adds a floor plan and drone for a standard sale. Signature is for prestige homes or when you want to be on camera presenting the property.
How do I book a shoot?
Book online through the calendar on the contact page, or call or text 0450 617 281. Let us know the address, the package and any access details, and we will confirm the time with you.
How does payment work?
Unless we agree otherwise, 50% is paid before the job starts and the remaining 50% on completion.
What areas do you cover?
All of Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region. We are based on the northside, so suburbs like Chermside, Aspley, Kedron, Albany Creek, North Lakes, Redcliffe and Newport are home turf, but we shoot north, south, east and west of the river. Listing further out? Get in touch and we can work it out.
How should the vendor prepare the home?
Clear benchtops, put away personal items, turn on every light, open blinds, make the beds and move cars off the driveway and away from the front of the house. A tidy home photographs better and the shoot runs faster.
Do you offer ongoing rates for agencies?
Yes. If you are listing regularly, get in touch about ongoing rates. Recurring clients get an agreed rate, priority on the calendar and a consistent look across every campaign.
