Highmark Media is operated by Ryder Ferguson as a sole trader (ABN 56 220 080 322). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of my business. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, business or agency, email address and phone number.
• Job details, such as property addresses, access instructions, booking times and project information.

How we collect it

When you fill in the enquiry form, book through the online calendar, email, call or text us, or otherwise work with us.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and confirm bookings.
• To carry out shoots, deliver files and send invoices.
• To keep business records as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run parts of the business. They may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

• Formspree, which processes enquiry form submissions.
• Cal.com, which manages online bookings.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• YouTube and Vimeo, which play embedded videos. These only load when you press play, and their own privacy policies then apply.

Photos and video of properties

Shoots focus on properties, not people. Where a person appears in content, such as an agent in a walkthrough video, it is with their agreement. If you appear in content and would like it reviewed, contact us.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
